Refund & Return Policy

At Apka Mall, we conduct thorough quality checks before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, you may be eligible for a return or replacement as per the conditions below.

How do we define a product as damaged or defective?

Non-functional, broken, dented, or visibly damaged items
Broken seal or leakage
Missing parts or accessories
Incorrect size, color, or item
Mismatch with product description
Missing product inside intact box
Expired item
Dead on arrival or damaged screen
Counterfeit or fake products
Packaging appears tampered or damaged

Steps to take if you receive a damaged/defective item

Products marked as “returnable” can be returned within the time frame specified (e.g. 5 Days Returnable, 7 Days Replacement). Replacements are subject to availability. Return procedures vary by product category.

General Returns Policy

You may return eligible products if they meet the following:

No damage was caused during your use
The product matches what was originally shipped
Original packaging, MRP tag, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories included

Ensure all personal data is removed from electronic devices before returning.

Items labeled “non-returnable” are not eligible for standard return. However, if they are damaged or incorrect, you may request a refund or replacement.

Note: Overseas/export orders are non-returnable across all categories.

Types of Return Policies

5 Days Returnable	Free return or replacement within 5 days.	Same as left.
7 Day Free Returns & Exchange	Exchange for size/color or get full refund within 7 days. Must return with original packaging and tags.
Non-Returnable	Not eligible for return unless damaged/defective/incorrect. Verification checks may be performed.

Seller Fulfilled Items

Category	Return Policy
Fine Art, Sports Collectibles, Entertainment Collectibles, Coin Collectibles	Seller must be informed of damage within 7 days of delivery.

Customizable Products

These are non-returnable. In case of damage or incorrect customization, a full refund will be offered upon verification.

Inspect and Buy

Products with this label are eligible for a full refund within 2 days of delivery.

Important Notes

If a customer abuses the return system, Apka Mall reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account.
International customers may only request refunds—not returns—within 5 days of delivery.
Always check the return window on the product detail page before purchasing.
