Before Shipment:
You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped by logging into your Apkamall account and visiting to your recently placed order there in ‘My Orders’ section. Select the order and click on ‘Cancel’. No cancellation charges will apply.
After Shipment:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still return product from receiving end or raise a request to return after receiving the product, as per our Return Policy. In case, product is cancelled post shipment or returned after receiving it ,an actual logistic charges will be applicable depending upon product weight, size, volume and distance.
Made-to-Order or Customized Products:
Orders for products that are custom-made or personalized cannot be cancelled once placed, unless there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
APKAMALL reserves the right to cancel your order in certain situations, such as:
Product out of stock and taking time to make it available or product is discontinued
Pricing or listing errors.
Payment not received or payment verification failure.
Delivery location beyond our serviceable areas.
In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to user’s original payment method within 5–7 working days.
For prepaid orders cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original mode of payment.
If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped (by refusing delivery), the refund will be processed only after the product is received back at our warehouse and successfully clears quality inspection. In such cases, applicable logistics charges will be deducted based on actual shipping costs.
In case of COD, if order is cancelled pre-shipment, there is no logistic charges applicable however if the order is cancelled post shipment in that case actual logistic charges will be applicable to customer (you/user) and he/she may pay logistic charges in consecutive purchase.
