Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation. Users will receive an email and/or SMS with the order and payment confirmation details.

In case of payment failure, the amount (if debited) will be auto-refunded to users’ original payment source within 5–7 working days. User may retry the payment or choose a different method if the order remains unconfirmed.
