A successful product/item/article delivery relies on smooth coordination and cooperation between the customer and the courier partner when you (customers/users) are contacted for delivering the item.
Once your product is handed over to our delivery partners, it is delivered within the estimated time they specify, unless there are unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances faced by the logistics team.
If the customer enters a correct and complete delivery address while placing the order, the product will be delivered to that address and received either by the customer or by someone authorized to accept it on their behalf.
The package is delivered in good condition, with no damage, tampering, or missing items, matching your(user/customer) order specifications.
Digital or physical confirmation is received—such as OTP, signature, or photo proof—validating that the customer or its representative has accepted/received the product.
The customer is okay with the received product and no space to raise any replacement/ return or complaint requests within the return period.
